Everyone's website starts on the free plan.
Then you just upgrade or downgrade as you need to.
Are there long-term contracts? Can I change plans at any time?
There are no contracts, you simply pay month-to-month for each website you run, and you can upgrade/downgrade/terminate any website. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. We only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
What if I have questions?
We have answers, and there are three ways to get them. For quickest answers, you can visit our online support group, email us, or pick up the phone and dial (650) 488-3622.

Do you back up my website?
We backup the users and groups of your website, the skeleton of your website, and all content stored in Apps made by ThriveSmart Developers. If you use other Apps, the content stored in them is stored on the App's servers, and it is up to the developers of the Apps to create backups.
How many collaborators do I get? Do they have to pay?
With any plan, your website gets an unlimited amount of collaborators - your collaborators will not have to pay. Collaboration is at the heart of our product, so we want to make sure it flourishes.
Is my website private?
You choose who to give access to your website. You can protect the viewing and modification privileges of any page on your site, and only allow members of certain groups access them.
