ThriveSmart Sprout Refund Policy

Selecting a paid plan

  1. An upgrade from the free plan to any paying plan will immediately bill you.
  2. Paid plans are billed once per month.
  3. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

Changing plans

  1. You can switch plans at any time, unless your account would exceed a less expensive plan’s limitations.
  2. If you’ve already been billed for the current month, you won’t be charged/receive the difference. If you haven’t been charged for the month, you’ll be charged the new plan amount.
  3. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. ThriveSmart does not accept any liability for such loss.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time by logging into www.thrivesmarthq.com, clicking the “profile” link in the user box at the top right, clicking on one of your sites, and then clicking the “Cancel” link at the bottom of the page.
